
At the Drive In have unveiled a video for their new song, ‘Hostage Stamps,’ from the band’s forthcoming LP, in•ter a•li•a. The video, directed by Rob Shaw & Damon Locks, uses stop-motion animation to tell the story of a prisoner in a dystopian society. The animation style in particular feels like a nod to an era when stop-motion reigned in classic videos by bands like Tool and Primus (especially in Tool’s ‘Sober’). Watch ‘Hostage Stamps’ here:
