Hardcore originators Bad Brains performed a show last night at Darryl Jennifer’s ‘Mind Power’ art show at Okay Space in Williamsburg. Darryl was joined by fellow Bad Brains founding members H.R., Dr. Know, and Earl Hudson for the surprise performance (BrooklynVegan reports that the band also included keyboardist Jamie Saft and guitarist Chogyi). After the first batch of songs, H.R. left and was replaced by Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe. Randy and the crowd went apeshit during performances of ‘Big Take Over’ and ‘Banned From D.C.’, watch below. After Blythe’s performance, original Bad Brains singer Sid McCray took over vocals.
