Brooklyn’s Beach Fossils are prepping the release of their new LP Somersault, due June 2nd on Bayonet Records. The band has previously shared several songs including lead single ‘This Year.’ Somersault is an arresting listen that merges a contemporary indie rock sensibility with the wistful mood and nostalgic twang of The Byrds.
Today the band have shared two new songs from Somersault: ‘Tangerine’ (Feat. Rachel Goswell) and ‘Social Jetlag.’ ‘Tangerine’ has my vote for the best song on the album. Listen to both here:
