Watch: Bikini Kill Reunited For One Song In New York City Last Night

Bikini Kill reunited for a performance of a single song last night, according to Pitchfork. Kathleen Hanna, Tobi Vail, and Kathi Wilcox performed their song ‘For Tammy Rae’ at a New York venue called The Kitchen, where author Jenn Pelly was celebrating the release of her book about an album by the Raincoats. It was Bikini Kill’s first public performance since their breakup in 1997.

Pelly published footage of the event on Instagram, watch below. ‘For Tammy Rae’ is a song from Bikini Kill’s 1993 LP Pussy Whipped.
