It’s been awhile since we’ve heard from Toronto hardcore band Career Suicide, whose 2006 release Attempted Suicide was packed with short bursts of traditional hardcore fury. This month, the band returns with the Machine Response LP, which drops on February 24th. Listen to ‘Tighten the Screws’ below; it’s a pummeling blast of adrenalized rage and delirious guitars.

Career Suicide was founded by vocalist Martin Farkas and guitarist Jonah Falco (Falco also plays drums in critically acclaimed punk outfit Fucked Up). They are joined by Dallas Good (Sadies, Andre Williams, John Doe, Half Japanese, Elevator) on second guitar, Jon Sharron on bass, and Ian Romano on drums.
