This New Danzig Song is Not My Fucking Tempo

Last month, Danzig announced a new album titled Black Laden Crown, which is due on May 26th. Today, the metal god has dropped the album’s first single, ‘Devil on Hwy 9.’ The song’s guitar heroics are as schlocky as the album’s cover art. Worse yet, the demo-quality production doesn’t do any favors for Danzig’s voice, which sounds strained and raspy. Listen here:
