Rapper Kid Cudi (best known for his indelible smash ‘Pursuit of Happiness’) dropped a new song today – and his fans are going berserk over it. ‘Goodbye’ (listen below) finds Cudi rapping hungrily over a sample from Pink Floyd’s magnum opus, The Wall (specifically, from side one closer ‘Goodbye Cruel World’). Cudi is a pop-leaning hip hop star – but on ‘Goodbye,’ he delivers straight-up gravelly rap verses. Complex reports that the song is produced by WZRD, which is the duo of Kid Cudi and producer Dot da Genius.
