OHMME Announce Debut LP, Share Video For ‘Icon’ (Watch)

Chicago’s OHMME have announced their debut album Parts, due August 24th via Joyful Noise Recordings. The announcement comes with the release of a video for the new single ‘Icon’ (watch below). Parts follows the duo’s 2017 self-titled EP.

OHMME is Sima Cunningham and Macie Stewart. The pair have recorded and toured with acts including Tweedy, Whitney, and Chance The Rapper. According to a press release, Ohmme recorded and self-produced Parts from Cunningham’s Logan Square home studio, Fox Hall. OHMME explained that they “wanted to capture a moment in time instead of something perfect” on the new album.
