Temple of the Dog to Embark on First-Ever Tour

The grunge supergroup, featuring members of Soundgarden and Pearl Jam, are back

Grunge supergroup Temple of the Dog will tour for the first time ever. The band, which consists of members of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, is celebrating the 25-year anniversary of its self-titled 1991 debut (which is also the band’s only album to date).

The band published a tour announcement via YouTube (below) and at templeofthedog.com. According to their press release, “The band will play five cities, Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle, in November.”

Tour dates are as follows:

  • Nov 4: Philadelphia, PA (Tower Theatre)
  • Nov 7: New York, NY (Madison Square Garden)
  • Nov 11: San Francisco, CA (Bill Graham Civic Center)
  • Nov 14: Los Angeles, CA (The Forum)
  • Nov 20: Seattle, WA (Paramount Theater)
